The primary goal of Spartan Sports and Wellness is to produce highly skilled athletes through designing and implementing a structured program, which delivers results by improving sports performance and reducing the occurrence of injuries on the field/court. Our program is designed for Spartan athletes to achieve peak physical performance by utilizing strength, power, speed, agility reaction , flexibility/mobility, correctives, recovery, plyometric and Olympic style exercises.
The program design criteria at Spartan that we follow for all athletes are the following :

As stated, all progressive strength training protocols are productive – none more significant than the other; however not all are equally efficient. Workouts should be relativlely short with an emphasis on intensity, not duration. Our athletes work at maximum efforts in order to achieve maximum results. The training goal should be to spend the minimal amount of time to derive the maximal amount of benefits. This allows for more time for rest, recovery and study time for athletes but also helps our families out considering everyone’s busy schedule.

Spartan has had the opportunity to work with dozens of atheletes from the Harford County area. Each exceptional athlete has their own story. We created a custom plan to support their goals and had the pleasure of helping to shape their development and success.
